Northeast Ohio has been my home for over 40 years. I was raised in Cleveland and have spent much of my life living and working throughout the Akron area. This is where I learned the value of hard work and an honest days work.
I was raised in this business that is how my father took care of his family, i work side by side my father in the summers and decided to follow him into the trades as an adult and learned how to run and operate a successful business! As a third-generation painter, I carry that tradition with me into every job, built on hard work, honest, and doing things the right way.
To me, this work has always been about treating my customers the way i would want my own family treated, It’s about taking care of people, being someone the community can rely on, and giving back to the same neighborhoods that have given so much over the years. During our appt, we’ll walk through your options, talk through any questions you have, and go over realistic timelines. You’ll receive a clear, upfront price so you know exactly what’s included and what to expect — no hidden fees or last-minute changes.
Your estimate is 100% free and there is no high pressure sales, we take the time to answer all of your questions and explain products and procedure to accomplish your project. We generally email you a proposal to give you the opportunity to look things over and ask additional questions if needed, after you accept proposal we move to scheduling.
After you approve the proposal we will quickly move to scheduling your work. I keep the process easy by confirming details in advance, keeping good communication, and arriving on the scheduled day and time —. Please have your color picked out by the start date, if you need help with color choices we can set up a color consultation with Sherwin Williams to help you in the process.. We understand color choices can be challenging and we look forward to helping you in any way we can to help you be happy and satisfied with your painting project
On the first day of project we like to do a quick walkthrough to make sure our work order is correct and we have all the items marked to complete,. This will also give you a chance to mention any last minute details that could have been overlooked, so we are all on the same page before we begin the project. From there, I set up the job properly — bringing in products and equipment needed for job as we begin protecting floors and furniture, and getting the areas ready for a clean, smooth start. Throughout the project, I keep you informed on the timeline, daily goals, and expected finish date, and you’re always welcome to ask questions or share any concerns along the way. our goal is to work efficiently, keep a clean work area and provide you with a high quality paint job and friendly customer service
